International Council for Martial Arts Education and Research (Proposed to be World Martial Arts University) has been constituted as an academic institution of International Association of Combative Sports (IACS) and associated with National Council of Sports Science and Physical Education (NCSPE).

The organisations aims to promote Martial Arts Education, Research, Training, Literature, Quality Physical Education, Inclusive Physical Education, Preservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Mobilization of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 through Sports etc.
